Revised Walmart Coupon Policy?!?

Here we go again!  So if you are a fan on Facebook, then you know the drama I had this week with trying to use a Walgreens' RR at Walmart (with no luck I might add).  After calling corporate, still had no luck. SO, now I read that the policy has been RE-revised to say that You CAN NOT use Catalina or Check Out Coupons for dollar amounts off the entire basket purchase or a percentage off the entire basket purchase.  Head over here to read all of the new policy. 

I would highly suggest printing this and taking it with you if you plan on using any of the new policy attributes.  Take it from me, you'll need it :)
