New Rite Aid Coupon Policy

Rite Aid has updated their coupon policy and there is one great feature that will no longer be available :(  According to their new policy, You can NOT use a BOGO Coupon combined with a BOGO Sale to get both items for free.  Here' is the new rule:

"Rite Aid accepts Buy One, Get One Free coupons, however only one coupon can be used for each pair of items purchased. A customer can use one "cents off" coupon in conjunction with the item they are purchasing on a Buy One Get One Free promotion (or with a Buy One Get One Free coupon), although the value of the cents off coupon cannot exceed the selling price of the item.
Buy One Get One Free coupons cannot be used in conjunction with a Buy One Get One Free promotion "

So the way I read it, you CAN use a BOGO Coupon and an additional coupon for "cents off" for the item your are buying OR with a BOGO Sale.  But we will no longer be able to score the deals of two FREE items when combining a BOGO Sale and BOGO Coupon.

What do you think of the new policy?
